"The Power of the Purse" Event is made of a
Chinese mud silk brocade. The fabric is actually buried in
mud to achieve the color and patina that you see in the
photo. The hammered wire handles are wrapped with
twisted wire and fresh water pearls and I made a bracelet
as well as a pair of earrings to match.
